我叫，来自河南，毕业于郑州科技学院，现在在浇二作浇铸工作，通过一年多的实践与学习，对浇二车间的整个生产流程有了全面细致的了解，尤其对浇铸工作的熟悉，让我决定参加这次班长的竞选，车间班长竞选演讲稿。

虽然和参选的几位工友相比，我的工龄不算太长，但一个人的专业技能不能与以工作的年限成正比，而取决于一个人的学习态度，观察事物和接受知识的能力，工作中我尽心尽力，恪尽职守，同时还向工作经验丰富的领导和同事学习，并用业余时间查阅于工作有关的资料和文献，获得了能担当这一职位的能力。

而积极配合部门领导开展各项工作以及对人员的组织、协调和沟通，我想只能用实际工作来证明，我不想用太过于空洞的语言来宣扬，作为班长最重要的是执行力，按照公司大的目标和方针，依据车间各项实施计划，准确无误及时高效的吧细节工作做到位，保证好产品的质量和工作任务的效率，解决好职责范围内的事情。
